I’m Roberta di Dona, an Italian illustrator based in Barcelona working as a freelance.
It’s been 3 years since I discovered the world of illustration thanks to picturebooks and since then I have been completely passionate/obsessed over them. I have spent the last few years studying illustration and working on the development of my personal universe as an illustrator. Most of my drawings are unique, non-sequential narratives where the pursuit of beauty and aesthetics are very important. I draw from introspection and I like my illustrations to convey a certain poetics.
